How big is the world, when everyone now thinks that the world is flat, and the ocean is better blue than red?

Is it really possible to travel around the world in 80 days, suggested by Jules Verne back in 1872? If it is possible, it is definitely not an enjoyable tour. There are 193 countries in the world. 80 days? Is that a leisure or torture if each country is stayed for at most 0.5 days?
